1. Products & Orders
Products are printed on demand and fulfilled by third-party printing partners. Because each item is made to order, production begins after purchase. Estimated production and shipping times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees.
2. Returns & Refunds
See our Returns Policy. In short: we replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted, reported within 30 days of delivery. Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size changes — check the size chart before ordering.
3. Content & Parody
Designs on this Site are original works of satire and parody commenting on public discourse, public figures’ public conduct, and cultural moments. Fictional brand names appearing in our “label” designs are inventions; any resemblance to real products is coincidental or parodic. No endorsement by, or affiliation with, any person or brand referenced in commentary is implied.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, wordmarks (including SHIRTATION™ and SCHLUB LIFE™), and Site content are our property or used under license. You may not reproduce designs for commercial purposes. If you believe content on this Site infringes your rights, contact us at legal@shirtation.com with the details and we will review promptly.
5. Community Voting
Design voting is provided for entertainment and product-selection purposes. Votes confer no ownership, compensation, or rights in any design. We may moderate, weight, or reset votes to prevent abuse.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to disrupt the Site, manipulate votes by automated means, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
The Site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our total liability to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
